Rich Chewy Cocoa Brownies
All it takes is one bowl and 10 minutes, and these rich, yummy brownies are ready to pop into the oven—better than a box mix and almost as fast!
2 eggs 1 3/4 cups sugar 2 tsp. vanilla extract 12 Tbs. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup 100% baking cocoa 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 8"x8" pan. Using electric mixer or spatula, mix together eggs, sugar and vanilla until well combined. Add melted butter and mix well. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; mix thoroughly. Transfer batter to pan. Bake 30 minutes until center rises and falls and edges begin to crisp. Cool completely, then cut into squares. Makes 9 brownies.
