Rich Chewy Co­coa Brown­ies

All it takes is one bowl and 10 min­utes, and these rich, yummy brown­ies are ready to pop into the oven—bet­ter than a box mix and al­most as fast!

2 eggs 1 3/4 cups sugar 2 tsp. vanilla ex­tract 12 Tbs. (1 1/2 sticks) but­ter, melted 1 1/4 cups all-pur­pose flour 3/4 cup 100% bak­ing co­coa 1/2 tsp. bak­ing pow­der 1/4 tsp. salt

Pre­heat oven to 350°F. Grease 8"x8" pan. Us­ing elec­tric mixer or spat­ula, mix to­gether eggs, sugar and vanilla un­til well com­bined. Add melted but­ter and mix well. Add flour, co­coa, bak­ing pow­der and salt; mix thor­oughly. Trans­fer bat­ter to pan. Bake 30 min­utes un­til cen­ter rises and falls and edges be­gin to crisp. Cool com­pletely, then cut into squares. Makes 9 brown­ies.
