Every glass of this satisfying smoothie helps protect your brain, thanks to the stroke-preventing antioxidants in pomegranate juice and protein in yogurt!
1 small banana, peeled, frozen 2 cups vanilla yogurt 1 cup pomegranate juice, chilled Pomegranate seeds (arils), optional
● Cut banana into large chunks. In blender, combine banana, yogurt and pomegranate juice. Cover; blend until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses. If desired, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Makes 2 servings.
