1 small ba­nana, peeled, frozen 2 cups vanilla yo­gurt 1 cup pome­gran­ate juice, chilled Pome­gran­ate seeds (ar­ils), op­tional

● Cut ba­nana into large chunks. In blender, com­bine ba­nana, yo­gurt and pome­gran­ate juice. Cover; blend un­til smooth. Divide be­tween 2 glasses. If de­sired, sprin­kle with pome­gran­ate seeds. Makes 2 serv­ings.
