Straw­berry Rosé San­gria

In very large bowl or con­tainer, com­bine 2 cups sliced straw­ber­ries (about 10 oz.) and 2 small navel or­anges (halved, sliced); add 1 btle. (750 ml) chilled rosé wine, 1 1/2 cups orange juice, 3/4 cup el­der­flower liqueur, such as St. Ger­maine and 3/4 cup bour­bon; cover. Re­frig­er­ate at least 1 hour. Serve over ice. If de­sired, gar­nish with mint. Makes 8 serv­ings.
