Set up the ultimate snack bar!

Woman's World - - Collect A Meal -

Start with pretzels, nuts and candy, then offer an unexpected treat like…

■ Bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers! To make jalapeño poppers even tastier, add bacon! Start by slicing jalapeños in half lengthwise, leaving the stems as little “handles,” and removing seeds. Fill with cream cheese and wrap in a small slice of bacon. Bake on a rimmed baking sheet at 350°F for 15–20 minutes. Chocolate-dipped apple pops! Less fussy and easier to eat than traditional caramel apples, sliced apple “lollipops” are a sweet new trend! To make, skewer round apple slices with lollipop sticks, dip into melted chocolate and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips, finely chopped nuts or sprinkles.

Wacky potato chip bar! Every year, potato chip brands try to outdo one another by debuting crazy new flavors. Why not set up a tasting where guests can decide which ones are fabulous— and which ones fall flat? This year’s new varieties include Pringles Top Ramen Chicken, Ruffles Mozzarella ’N Marinara and Lay’s Southern Biscuits & Gravy.
