On a quest to drop some pounds, a woman de­cided to see a nu­tri­tion­ist for help cre­at­ing a per­son­al­ized diet plan. “All right,” said the nu­tri­tion­ist to­ward the end of the con­sul­ta­tion, “in order to lose weight, you’ll want to start by eat­ing 1,200 calo­ries a day.” The woman nod­ded ex­cit­edly and then replied, “That sounds great! And how many can I eat at night?”
