Cheesy Brus­sels Sprouts Bake

Smoky ba­con, heavy cream and Gruyère cheese up the yum fac­tor for this tra­di­tional hol­i­day veg­gie

1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen Brus­sels sprouts, thawed 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese 1 cup heavy cream 2 eggs 1 Tbs. Di­jon mus­tard 1⁄ tsp. dried thyme 2 1⁄ tsp. salt 4 1⁄ tsp. pep­per 4 4 slices ba­con, cooked Heat oven to 325°F. Coat 2-qt. mi­crowave-safe dish with cook­ing spray. Add sprouts; sprin­kle with 1⁄ cup cheese. 2 In bowl, whisk cream, eggs, mus­tard, thyme, salt and pep­per; pour over sprouts. Bake 30 min.; sprin­kle with re­main­ing cheese. Bake 10–15 min. un­til al­most set. Cover; if nec­es­sary, re­heat in mi­crowave. Just be­fore serv­ing, crum­ble ba­con and sprin­kle on top. Serv­ings: 8. Kitchen time: 20 min.
