Frozen cauliflower, broc­coli and golden corn bake up deca­dently de­li­cious in an easy from-scratch cheese sauce

1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, thawed 1⁄ (16 oz.) pkg. frozen 2 broc­coli flo­rets, thawed 1⁄ cup but­ter, at room temp. 4 1⁄ cup all-pur­pose flour 4 1 clove gar­lic, minced 21⁄ cups milk 2 1 cup grated sharp Ched­dar 1⁄ tsp. salt 2 1⁄ tsp. cayenne pep­per 4 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn ker­nels, thawed 2-qt. Heat baking oven to dish; 400°F. add Grease first 2 in­gre­di­ents. In pot over low heat, melt but­ter. Add flour and gar­lic; cook 1 min., stir­ring. Stir in milk; bring to a boil, stir­ring. Sim­mer 3– 4 min. Stir in Ched­dar cheese, salt and cayenne pep­per. Add corn; pour into baking dish. Bake 20 min. Broil un­til golden, 2–3 min. Cover; if nec­es­sary, re­heat in mi­crowave.
