Ven­dors needed for an­nual French Her­itage Fes­ti­val & Soiree

WOONSOCKET — The North­ern Rhode Is­land Coun­cil of the Arts seeks ven­dors for its 35th an­nual French Her­itage Fes­ti­val & Soiree to be held on Sat­ur­day, Sept. 9, at River Is­land Park from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Lo­cal farm­ers will be selling their fresh pro­duce and tra­di­tional French meat pie and dy­na­mites along with other spe­cial­ties will be on the menu. Live mu­sic will be pro­vided by Les Joyeux Copains and from Canada "Le Vent des Can­tons" plus en­ter­tain­ment and danc­ing.

Ad­mis­sion is free for this event, with spe­cial guest ap­pear­ances and ac­tiv­i­ties for the chil­dren. The Soiree will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Our Lady Queen of Mar­tyrs Par­ish Hall fol­low­ing the fes­ti­val.
