Natasha Gran­holm, Part­ner. My dad is black and my mom is Mex­i­can. Be­ing bira­cial and ex­pe­ri­enc­ing both cul­tures grow­ing up has helped me com­mu­ni­cate well with oth­ers. When you demon­strate that you un­der­stand the im­por­tance of collaborating, you dif­fer­en­ti­ate your­self as a leader. So I’ve al­ways worked hard at con­sis­tently de­liv­er­ing high-qual­ity work and de­vel­op­ing good

re­la­tion­ships with clients and col­leagues. I be­lieve role models come in all shapes, sizes and col­ors.
