When a job opens up, it must be met with a slate of candidates that’s at least 50% diverse (and recruiters are trained to fulfill that mandate), and executives are taught to lead teams inclusively. Nearly all workers here use flextime. Those with kids are eligible for up to 15 days of backup care per year.
