It has also re­cently ex­panded par­ents’ paid time off, up­ping ma­ter­nity leave to 10 fully paid weeks (from eight), in­creas­ing adop­tion leave to eight weeks (from two, with $5,000 in aid) and giv­ing ev­ery­one two float­ing hol­i­days (up from one) to spend with their fam­ily.
