Ev­ery­one who has a child here still gets 22 job-guar­an­teed weeks off, but fully paid parental leave has dou­bled to eight weeks for moms and four weeks for dads and those who adopt. The avail­abil­ity of sub­si­dized backup care has also dou­bled to 200 hours per year, with us­age sub­se­quently in­creas­ing by 60% over 2015. The firm’s six for­mal flex op­tions al­low par­ents to man­age child­care and pur­sue per­sonal goals; nearly all em­ploy­ees use flex­time or telecom­mute on a monthly ba­sis.
