材料:松阪豬⾁5⾄6兩、筊⽩筍2⽀、段⽊菇適量、枸杞、當歸、蓮⼦、⽣薑⽚、⽔適量調味料:鹽巴和味醂少許、冰糖適量作法:將松阪豬切長薄片、筊白筍切長條狀。豬肉片包裹筊白筍,用牙籤固定後,將豬肉卷放入電鍋蒸七、八分鐘定型後取出牙籤四。將豬肉卷、香菇、枸杞、當歸、蓮子、生薑片和水,一起放進電鍋燉煮。時間視個人喜好調整,起鍋前加入調味料。
