材料:醋、糖、麻油、魚露及

薄荷葉、芫荽、紅辣椒少許。

作法:

用適量的醋、糖、麻油、魚露及少許的薄荷葉、芫荽同攪和,並撒上些許醃製辣椒(或鮮紅椒)放入冰箱內冷藏半個鐘頭後食用。
