Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection brings arcade classics to Xbox One

XBox: The Official Magazine (US) - - START -

Okay, so StreetFighterV never made it to Xbox One, but that’s alright because everyone knows that the classic ones are still the best in the series. Thankfully, Capcom know this too, which is why the company is putting together a collection of 12 of their best entries into one box for all the arcade fighting you could ever swing a chunky fist at. While a lot of the entries contain similar names (yes, Street Fighter II is totally different to Super Street Fighter II) each one is distinct, with slightly different character rosters or adjusted fighting. With them all together like this you’ll finally be able to decide which is the best version once and for all. It’s also a great way to see the evolution of the series over the last 30 years and how it’s been finessed over time, and to relive the glory days of setting yourself up to fight people at your local arcade. It looks like it’ll be a perfect hit of fighting game nostalgia and a musthave for series fans. You’ll be able to play this retro collection in May.
