One set of equipment on Oli that guests will never notice, hopefully, is the CMC fin stabilizers. Two Stabilis Electra SE 80s that control 19-squarefoot fins are said to reduce roll by 90 percent at speed and provide 60 percent roll reduction in big swells at anchor. In other words, if nature wants Oli to roll 10 degrees at anchor, the system should limit the roll to 4 degrees. We’re told that the Stabilis Electra can change angles by up to 80 degrees per second.
