A new culinary provider—Proof of the Pudding—has been brought in to offer fresh, farm-to-plate fruits and vegetables, sustainable seafood and natural, organic meats through partnerships with purveyors of locally sourced, organic and sustainable products.
Proof of the Pudding is planning ports of call-themed portable and stationary food stations including Cabo San Lucas (Mexican), Portofino (Italian), the British Virgin Islands (Caribbean), the Greek Isles (Greek) and the French Riviera (Parisian).
“The integration of authentic, upscale food and beverage offerings will redefine the show experience for exhibitors, sponsors and attendees alike,” says Adam Noyes, president of Proof of the Pudding.
Beverages are expected to include specialty cocktails, premium wines and craft beers. A “guest brewer” will be at each drink station.
