A new culi­nary provider—Proof of the Pud­ding—has been brought in to of­fer fresh, farm-to-plate fruits and veg­eta­bles, sus­tain­able seafood and nat­u­ral, or­ganic meats through part­ner­ships with pur­vey­ors of lo­cally sourced, or­ganic and sus­tain­able prod­ucts.

Proof of the Pud­ding is plan­ning ports of call-themed portable and sta­tion­ary food sta­tions in­clud­ing Cabo San Lu­cas (Mex­i­can), Portofino (Ital­ian), the Bri­tish Vir­gin Is­lands (Caribbean), the Greek Isles (Greek) and the French Riviera (Parisian).

“The in­te­gra­tion of au­then­tic, up­scale food and bev­er­age of­fer­ings will re­de­fine the show ex­pe­ri­ence for ex­hibitors, spon­sors and at­ten­dees alike,” says Adam Noyes, pres­i­dent of Proof of the Pud­ding.

Bev­er­ages are ex­pected to in­clude spe­cialty cock­tails, pre­mium wines and craft beers. A “guest brewer” will be at each drink sta­tion.
