Us­ing the cop­ing strate­gies on the job likely im­proved the employees’ re­ac­tions to their high-pres­sure en­vi­ron­ment, which low­ered this bi­o­log­i­cal indi­ca­tor of stress, say re­searchers in the Jour­nal of Oc­cu­pa­tional and En­vi­ron­men­tal Medicine.
