This work­shop teaches a unique breath­ing ap­proach that cre­ates space for ex­pan­sive states of con­scious­ness to flow through the body and in­te­grate on many lev­els of be­ing. The prac­tice pro­vides re­sources and tools that guide one into deep re­lax­ation, qui­et­ing the mind, pow­er­ful re­leases of ten­sion, pain, re­sis­tance, and al­lows one to set­tle into deep med­i­ta­tive and mys­ti­cal states of con­scious­ness.
