are amaz­ing for re­duc­ing stress. The com­bi­na­tion of at­ten­tion, breath, gaze, and move­ment fo­cuses the mind and cul­ti­vates still­ness and quiet. Here’s my fa­vorite quick prac­tice: three Sun Salu­ta­tion A se­quences in the tra­di­tional Ash­tanga Yoga style (10 vinyasas), three Sun Salu­ta­tion Bs (18 vinyasas), a 2–5 minute Salamba Sir­sasana (Sup­ported Head­stand), Pad­masana (Lotus Pose) for 30 breaths, fol­lowed by a 5-minute Savasana.
