For me,

Yoga Journal - - Consider This -

there is nothing quite like Viparita Karani (Legs-up-the-Wall Pose) and Salamba Sarvangasana (Supported Shoulderstand). Being upside down, with my pelvis and heart above my head, my chest open and uplifted, and my chin in Jalandhara Bandha (Chin Lock), helps my mind to slow down, soften, expand, and shift toward equanimity and balance.
