Re­turn to ly­ing on your back, and rest your arms along­side your body with palms fac­ing up. Re­lease any mus­cu­lar ten­sion, al­low­ing your body to rest and fully re­lax. Con­sider a wider ver­sion of Corpse Pose (called Pentacle) by tak­ing your arms wide over­head and mov­ing your feet be­yond your hips. Hold for 10 min­utes.
