The family polyclinic No.32 in the Yashnabad district of the capital Tashkent has launched its activity in a new building on the basis of modern technologies.
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited this polyclinic during his travel to the Yashnabad district this past May and after familiarizing himself with its activities noted the need to boost the effectiveness of the institution, further strengthening the patronage service. The head of state outlined the priority tasks to eliminate shortcomings in the shortest possible time, repair polyclinics and create convenience for the population, expand the coverage of citizens with mobile medical assistance.
Within a short period of time, the Ministry of Health elaborated a comprehensive program to radically enhance the work of the polyclinic. It was prepared taking into account the national and foreign experience, opinions and suggestions of the population. The main attention is placed on the further improvement of the quality and efficiency of the medical assistance rendered to the population, the reduction of the queue for the doctor's admission, the early detection of diseases and the purposeful timely implementation of patronage work, and the effective organization of emergency care in emergency situations.
Earlier there were shortcomings in the work of the clinic which caused discontent of citizens. For example, the material and technical base of the institution, the human potential, the level of provision with medicines and medical products, and the patronage service were in need of cardinal renewal. On the initiative of the head of state, the polyclinic was renovated completely, it began working in the new building on the basis of new criteria.
The population of mahallas which is serviced by the family polyclinic No.32, sharply raised the issue of the queue to doctors in this institution. Today, modern medicine passes to the system of electronic queue, this experience justifies itself in our country. To this end, the system of an electronic queue for the admission of a doctor was introduced in the polyclinic. It can be said for a long time on the convenience of the system, among the main ones - saving the time of a specialist and a patient, increasing the efficiency of work, planning the organization of activities.
This system is very handy, especially for women with a newborn baby, pregnant women.
«There is a very big difference between the former state of our clinic and the present one», says a resident of the “Jurabek” mahalla, Anvar Nizomiddinov. “Earlier, when we passed the medical examination, we went into some old building. It was dark here, the equipment, the products were quite old. The situation was simply suffocating. Today, when I came here, It seems to me as if I came to a place where it is spacious and light. I feel like a guest, and not a patient at all. Yesterday I took an electronic queue and now, without any expectations, I underwent a physical examination. It became very convenient ”
The family polyclinic No. 32 of the Yashnabad district renders services to 27.35 thousand citizens residing in the Tashkent mahallas of «Asalobod», «Ma’rifat», «Shirinobod», «Jurabek», «Yassaviy», «Boysun». People can run for the help of specialists such as therapist, pediatrician, gynecologist, neuropathologist, oculist, otolaryngologist, dentist, surgeon, infectious disease specialist, immunologist, and 26 nurses. In addition, this institution was fitted out with modern equipment. There are an ultrasound device, an ECG, a digital X-ray machine. It is noteworthy that biochemical analyzes can now be carried out without leaving the institution. This is additional convenience for patients, accurately and quickly diagnose is possible now.
“We started work in a new building under new conditions. This places great responsibility on us”, says the patronage sister of the family polyclinic Dildora Mirzayeva. “To effectively organize the patronage service, we were given a separate car provided with the necessary medicines and medical products. At the moment, nine patients who need our help were identified, a targeted patronage inspection is being conducted. Not only the nurse is involved in this process. Inspection of highly specialized spheres and laboratory tests are also carried out”.
Another convenience is due to the fact that the polyclinic established the operation of an emergency ambulance and a car was attached to it. This car is urgently sent to the address when urgent calls are received. The goal of such an initiative is to eliminate the problems associated with distance. When the ambulance is called, there are conducted the familiarization with the patient's outpatient card, the history of diseases, the course of treatment and other information about his health already on the way. Also, the ambulance team after the examination notifies the general practitioner, then a planned patronage inspection is carried out.
