Uzbek­istan’s gov­ern­ment is to sup­port pro­fes­sional com­mu­ni­ca­tion of doc­tors of clin­ics with for­eign col­leagues.

The Cab­i­net of Min­is­ters will an­nu­ally ap­prove for med­i­cal pro­fes­sion­als a sched­ule of in­tern­ships for spe­cial­ists abroad and at­tract­ing qual­i­fied for­eign spe­cial­ists to con­duct mas­ter classes in the coun­try.

This fol­lows from the de­cree of the Cab­i­net of Min­is­ters «On mea­sures for the ef­fec­tive or­ga­ni­za­tion of re­train­ing, ad­vanced train­ing and pro­fes­sional skills of med­i­cal staff of state med­i­cal or­ga­ni­za­tions».

The med­i­cal work­ers se­lected by the con­test will be sent for in­tern­ships to the lead­ing for­eign med­i­cal and sci­en­tific in­sti­tu­tions.

In short-term em­ploy­ment con­tracts, their ac­com­mo­da­tion in ho­tels is or­ga­nized by the host coun­try. They are also given a daily al­lowance at the rate - the equiv­a­lent of $ 20/day - in soums at the ex­change rate of the Cen­tral Bank on the day of pay­ment.

In ad­di­tion, in Uzbek­istan the qual­i­fied for­eign med­i­cal spe­cial­ists will be in­volved in con­duct­ing mas­ter classes and train­ing of do­mes­tic doc­tors for mod­ern tech­nolo­gies of med­i­cal care.
