In Ferghana, there were new points for tourists, this time for wine lovers. Both are created within the framework of the program for the development of tourism in the region.
The restaurant of the new Wine Garden format, created at the winery in the Ferghana region, unites the concept of the tasting room with cuisine from all directions. Here you can spend time in a cozy, pleasant atmosphere.
The restaurant offers a unique opportunity for gourmets - tasting from the “first-hand” high-quality natural wine made on modern equipment and aged in oak barrels, with a pronounced flavor and taste.
Exquisite interior in the oriental style has already been marked by our citizens and foreign tourists.
Another point of this type of tourism in the Fergana region was LLC “Mindonobod Agrosanoat”, established in 2012. Its main activity included the cultivation, reception, processing of grapes and the production of high-quality wine materials and wines for export, as well as bottling of finished products. Processing and storage of wines is made in stainless, as well as enameled containers of leading manufacturers Dello Toffola (Italy), PIM LTD (Bulgaria) and Groff Group (Russia).
Transparency and shine of the product is provided through the use of modern filters produced in Italy. The main raw material for the production of these products is grapes grown on their own vineyards, and also supplied by farmers in the Fergana region.
In the production of wine for fermentation, rench yeast from the ordeaux region is used. ll auxiliary materials used in production are also imported from rance. This point has a seasonal nature of work from September to November.
