In Ferghana, there were new points for tourists, this time for wine lovers. Both are cre­ated within the frame­work of the pro­gram for the de­vel­op­ment of tourism in the re­gion.

The restau­rant of the new Wine Gar­den for­mat, cre­ated at the win­ery in the Ferghana re­gion, unites the con­cept of the tast­ing room with cui­sine from all direc­tions. Here you can spend time in a cozy, pleas­ant at­mos­phere.

The restau­rant of­fers a unique op­por­tu­nity for gourmets - tast­ing from the “first-hand” high-qual­ity nat­u­ral wine made on mod­ern equipment and aged in oak bar­rels, with a pro­nounced fla­vor and taste.

Ex­quis­ite in­te­rior in the ori­en­tal style has al­ready been marked by our cit­i­zens and for­eign tourists.

An­other point of this type of tourism in the Fer­gana re­gion was LLC “Min­dono­bod Agrosanoat”, es­tab­lished in 2012. Its main ac­tiv­ity in­cluded the cul­ti­va­tion, re­cep­tion, pro­cess­ing of grapes and the pro­duc­tion of high-qual­ity wine materials and wines for ex­port, as well as bot­tling of fin­ished prod­ucts. Pro­cess­ing and stor­age of wines is made in stain­less, as well as enam­eled con­tain­ers of lead­ing man­u­fac­tur­ers Dello Tof­fola (Italy), PIM LTD (Bul­garia) and Groff Group (Rus­sia).

Trans­parency and shine of the prod­uct is pro­vided through the use of mod­ern fil­ters pro­duced in Italy. The main raw ma­te­rial for the pro­duc­tion of these prod­ucts is grapes grown on their own vine­yards, and also sup­plied by farm­ers in the Fer­gana re­gion.

In the pro­duc­tion of wine for fer­men­ta­tion, rench yeast from the or­deaux re­gion is used. ll aux­il­iary materials used in pro­duc­tion are also im­ported from rance. This point has a sea­sonal na­ture of work from Septem­ber to Novem­ber.
