A Gift to the Constitution Day
A fortnight to the 25th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a new school has been put into operation in the Yangi Hayot quarter in Gulistan.
It is designed for 316 seats, when it was erected, construction and installation work was performed for 3.2 billion soums.
Classes and laboratories of the educational institution are equipped with modern educational equipment, accessories. At the disposal of students there is a library, an assembly hall for 120 seats, a modern gymnasium.
“Thanks to the reforms in the educational system, our children are trained in modern institutions with all the conditions,” says Akmal Otaboev, director of the secondary school No 17. “Until that time, the pupils had attended a school two kilometers away. The new building of the school, which was commissioned on the eve of the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of our country, has become a worthy gift for students and parents.”
