Uzbek, German Law Institutions to Interact Closer
Tashkent State Law University is going to closely cooperate with German law schools.
During the recent visit of an Uzbek delegation to Germany, the town of Speyer hosted a GermanUzbek symposium “The Importance of Legal Education in Establishment of Effective Governance in Accordance with the Requirements of the Rule of Law”. The theme of the event defined the main areas of joint activity, the purpose of which is the exchange of experience.
Participants of the symposium shared their views on the most important organizational and legal issues of legal education and science in the context of training qualified personnel for the public administration system, including public service.
Representative of the German Public Law Research Institute Professor Jan Tsiekov believes that the visit of the delegation of the TSUU to Germany helped to strengthen and expand the interaction between the profile universities of the two countries and made a significant contribution to the achievement of the goals and objectives arising from the Strategy for Action implemented in Uzbekistan. “Close contacts between the TSUU, our institute and the German University of Administrative Sciences contribute to an even greater deepening of fruitful cooperation, the implementation of joint research and educational projects,” the scientist said.
