Resident’s Electronic Card
Tashkent’s Mirzo Ulugbek district starts to introduce resident’s electronic card.
The first resident’s cards were send to citizens, living in the residential area of Karasu, who received the corresponding letters from the hokim of the district Sherzod Kudbiev. It is planned that by the end of the year the system will cover the whole district.
Together with the letter, a flyer with information on new system and a plastic personal card of the inhabitant of the district were delivered to the residents.
The personal cards have a login and password help the residents to enter personal cabinet of Obod uy system. The system allows residents to get information on apartment, homeowners association, payments for operating costs and current balance. “The capabilities of the system will be constantly expanded. In the near future we plan to introduce online payment functionality from the personal cabinet,” Kudbiev said.
