Wait­ing for Guests from Spain

Cur­rently, the del­e­ga­tion of Uzbek­istan is par­tic­i­pat­ing in the 38th In­ter­na­tional Tourism Fair, FI­TUR 2018. the Na­tional Li­brary of Spain. Re­cently rep­re­sen­ta­tives of the project “Cul­tural Her­itage of Uzbek­istan in col­lec­tions around the world” vis­ited this coun­try. At the meet­ing, an agree­ment was reached to cre­ate a fac­sim­ile copy and a dig­i­tized ver­sion of this manuscript in or­der that they be stored and stud­ied in Uzbek­istan. This will be a vivid event in the life of the two coun­tries, which will re­ceive wide cov­er­age in the me­dia and will con­trib­ute to in­creas­ing the in­ter­est of the pub­lic in the two coun­tries, and to fa­cil­i­tate the se­lec­tion of tourist routes.

Our peo­ples have much in com­mon. In par­tic­u­lar, Tashkent has high- speed rail con­nec­tions with such tourist cen­ters of the coun­try as Sa­markand, Kashkadarya and Bukhara re­gions. Most of the tourist routes sug­gest the pas­sage from the cap­i­tal to ar­chi­tec­tural mon­u­ments, in­clud­ing those of Amir Te­mur, on com­fort­able Talgo trains made in Spain.

At the ex­hi­bi­tion, mem­bers of the del­e­ga­tion will talk about the nu­mer­ous projects that will be im­ple­mented in the coun­try in the near fu­ture. You can also find out about the tourist routes of Uzbek­istan at the stand.

The ex­hi­bi­tion will be­come a plat­form for more de­tailed ac­quain­tance with Uzbek­istan, a place for dis­cus­sion of is­sues that may arise for ex­hibitors fol­low­ing the re­sults of the Uzbek- Span­ish fo­rum, which took place on the eve of the open­ing of the ex­hi­bi­tion on Jan­uary 16.
