The Bright­est Young Chemists of the Coun­try

The Fed­er­a­tion of Trade Unions of Uzbek­istan has or­ga­nized the na­tional round of the con­test “The Most Ac­tive Young Chemist of the Year”. Win­ners of the com­pe­ti­tion, held in or­ga­ni­za­tions and en­ter­prises of the in­dus­try, pre­sented their in­ven­tions.

The pur­pose of this cre­ative con­test is to raise our youth as com­pre­hen­sively de­vel­oped, ma­ture spe­cial­ists, to form feel­ings of re­spect and pride for their pro­fes­sion, cre­ate new jobs through the in­tro­duc­tion of in­no­va­tive ideas, projects and tech­nolo­gies.

At the com­pe­ti­tion, the main cri­te­rion was the in­tro­duc­tion into the pro­duc­tion of new projects and in­no­va­tive de­vel­op­ments of young spe­cial­ists and their par­tic­i­pa­tion in the de­vel­op­ment of the na­tional econ­omy. Also, spe­cial at­ten­tion was paid to the rel­e­vance of sci­en­tific re­search car­ried out by young spe­cial­ists.

The head of depart­ment at JSC Navoia­zot Ho­tam Yoriev proved sec­ond to no one.

“The con­test opened up great op­por­tu­ni­ties for us,” says the win­ner. “It plays the role of a plat­form for the ex­change of ex­per­tise and the im­ple­men­ta­tion of our ideas. I think our re­search will serve in the fu­ture to the cause of the pros­per­ity of our Mother­land.”

Lead­ing spe­cial­ist of JSC Farghonaa­zot Otabek Madaminov be­came the sec­ond best, while the third prize was awarded to the chief of the work­shop at JSC Maxam-Chirchik Arsen Aliyev and in­no­va­tion en­gi­neer of Dehkono­bod Po­tash Plant Murodilla Pu­la­tov.
