Feldspar is used by companies specializing in the supply of drinking water, as a special filter for its purification from various impurities. In addition, it is an important raw material in the production of various building materials, in particular, sewer pipes, clay, glassware and other goods.

“The enterprise started work in 2011,” says its CEO Shomurod Kilichev. “Our products are in good demand in the foreign market. For example, last year we sold products worth more than 1 billion soums in the domestic market, while goods worth $ 40,000 were exported to Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan. We have big plans. We want to establish the production of glass products. If this project is implemented, hundreds of new jobs will be created. We intend to implement this project on the territory of the district quarter Yettitom. Currently we are studying the experience of foreign glass manufacturing enterprises. Having thoroughly developed the project, we will choose the finest option and proceed to construction. At the same time, we are actively working to further increase the production capacity of feldspar, attract new customers.

The process of working at the enterprise is simple: the sand brought from the Kumdaryo River is cleared of clay and passed through a special sieve. Then, at the request of the customer, it is crushed into pieces of various sizes. The whole process is carried out with the help of special equipment. Thus, 60 tons of sand are processed every day and 20 tons of finished raw materials is produced. Currently, the company employs 20 people. All the necessary conditions have been created for their effective work.”
