Kanpai Mami Kiyofuji shares with us her delicious sushi recipe!
2 cups long grain rice, 3tblsp white vinegar, ½ tblsp sugar, 1 tblsp salt. Cook the rice together with the rest of the ingredients and let it cool.
Egg roll 4 eggs, a little sugar, salt and Japanese soy sauce. Mix all ingredients well, cook as an omelette in a frying pan with a little oil and let it cool.
Fish Fish fillets, flour, breadcrumbs and egg. Beat the egg. Cut the fish into thin slices and dip them first in the flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. Deep fry until golden brown.
Teriyaki Chicken Chicken breast, Japanese soy sauce, sugar. Cut the chicken breast into thin slices. Mix the soy sauce and sugar. Marinate the chicken for a minimum of 30 minutes in
