Sushi Rice

2 cups long grain rice, 3tblsp white vine­gar, ½ tblsp sugar, 1 tblsp salt. Cook the rice to­gether with the rest of the in­gre­di­ents and let it cool.

Sushi fill­ings

Egg roll 4 eggs, a lit­tle sugar, salt and Ja­panese soy sauce. Mix all in­gre­di­ents well, cook as an omelette in a fry­ing pan with a lit­tle oil and let it cool.

Fish Fish fil­lets, flour, bread­crumbs and egg. Beat the egg. Cut the fish into thin slices and dip them first in the flour, then in the beaten egg and fi­nally in the bread­crumbs. Deep fry un­til golden brown.

Teriyaki Chicken Chicken breast, Ja­panese soy sauce, sugar. Cut the chicken breast into thin slices. Mix the soy sauce and sugar. Mar­i­nate the chicken for a min­i­mum of 30 min­utes in
