tropical 1 Two adjoining beachfront lots on Port Vila’s most sheltered outer harbour coastline.

The two adjoining waterfront titles, for sale by the same vendor, may be purchased separately or together as one lot. One lot is 8,085 m2 (two acres) and the other is 7,711 m2 (1.91 acres). Each lot is over 35 metres wide. The smaller of the two lots has a natural sandy beach and the larger block has a rocky outcrop ideal for creating a seafront recreational zone or foreshore barbecue and entertaining area. The larger than usual lots allow for a caretaker’s house to be built on the property without impinging on the privacy of the main home. “Angelfish Bay” subdivision comprises only a dozen lots, developed by Island Property, all with direct water frontage. The sites have not been cleared and have mature trees, giving the new owners the choice to keep or clear as much or as little as they would like. The neighboring lots are gradually being established with quality-built homes. The sheltered foreshore offers safe swimming and the more adventurous can snorkel or dive along the colourful fringing reef. From this peaceful vantage point you can watch the cruise ships and other vessels come and go into Port Vila’s beautiful harbour. Located less than 15 minutes from central Port Vila and within easy walking distance from established restaurants and bars. A rare opportunity to join a small group of owners who have bought into this stretch of pristine tropical coastline. 4For hundreds of years the Lope Lope river has flowed down to the sea carrying fine sand that has spread out to create a wide expanse of beach that has grown and spread – now it is one of the very few beaches in Vanuatu that have over 100 metres of clean white sand at low tide, with sandbanks where seabirds flock to rest and chitter chatter while they do. At the edge of the sand, the water invites you in to swim, year round, with temperatures never below 27 degrees - at high tide you can simply swim directly from your ‘back door’. A little further out, world-class coral reefs with magnificent colours and a myriad of fish swimming amongst it are a snorkeler or diver’s paradise. The beautiful Aese Island lies across the water providing a huge breakwater that protects the inner beach from ocean swells and waves. On one side of the subdivision, the river runs down to the sea and you can swim in the ‘blue’ hole where it deepens and widens just before it spills out onto the beach. During WW2 this was a popular R & R spot for the troops stationed here, with its wide expanses of sand providing a place to kick a ball around or simply soak up the tropical sun and relax. This is Tides Reach. Just 11 kms from Luganville, on a sealed road with mains power connected. All blocks are 40 meters wide at the waterfront and vary in size from around 3,400m2 to 3950m2. There are just four waterfront blocks left with five on the river frontage. Already some of the nicest homes in Santo have been built in the area so you are assured of a good neighbourhood to maintain the value of your investment. Mature trees fringe the beach on the waterfront blocks providing privacy and valuable shade for your personal slice of paradise. The East Coast of Santo has become the most sought after waterfront in the area and good sites have become scarce. As the saying goes – “they aren’t making any more!” Priced at $165,000.
