Act­ing Pres­i­dent greets former Mozam­bique chief

HAØ NOÄI — Vieät Nam at­taches im­por­tance to its re­la­tions with Mozam­bique, and con­sid­ered the coun­try a pri­or­ity co-op­er­a­tion part­ner in Africa, Act­ing Pres­i­dent Ñaëng Thò Ngoïc Thònh told former Pres­i­dent of Mozam­bique Ar­mando Emilio Gue­buza.

Act­ing Pres­i­dent Thònh thanked her guest for at­tend­ing the funeral of Pres­i­dent Traàn Ñaïi Quang who passed away on Septem­ber 21.

She con­grat­u­lated the Mozam­bi­can peo­ple on new achieve­ments in re­cent years, af­firm­ing that Viet­nam ap­pre­ci­ated the role and po­si­tion of Mozam­bique in Africa. The Act­ing Pres­i­dent also said was look­ing for­ward to wel­com­ing Mozam­bique Pres­i­dent Filipe Nyusi.
