THE economic cooperation between Japan and Zambia will unlock the investment potential of Luapula Province especially in tourism and agriculture sectors and improve living standards of the people in the region, says Acting Permanent Secretary Royd Chakaba. He said the province valued the technical cooperation between Zambia and Japan because it would improve the living standards of the people. Mr Chakaba was speaking when Japanese ambassador to Zambia Heinobu Sobashima paid a courtesy call on him at his office in Mansa on Monday. Mr Sobashima congratulated the province for having held a successful investment forum and expo to showcase its investment opportunities.
