Econet shortchanging clients

EDITOR — Service providers should inculcate a culture of service excellence. This is how customers are lured. Questionable service delivery limits the client base.

The Whatsapp service provided by Econet these days raises some eyebrows. The bundles now expire prematurely. The daily, weekly and monthly bundles are not lasting up to their due dates.

Seemingly downloading of videos now expedites the use of bundles. This was not the case before. Econet used to maintain the expiry dates regardless of the number of videos downloaded.

I think the service provider should revert to its old system. This issue about Whatsapp bundles expiring prematurely is a thorn in the flesh.

Swift action should be taken before customers turn to other service providers for the same service Lawrence “The Penpusher” Moyo, Hwange.
