School ad­min, pupils & devel­op­ment as­so­ci­a­tion re­flect on achieve­ments

THE Townsend High School ad­min­is­tra­tion has been praised by the School Devel­op­ment As­so­ci­a­tion for the cor­dial re­la­tion­ship be­tween the two bod­ies which has re­sulted in progress. Mr John Mh­langa the School Devel­op­ment As­so­ci­a­tion vice-chair­man, said to­day’s Speech and Prize Giv­ing Day would be a triple cel­e­bra­tion.

“The out­stand­ing pupils would be re­warded for ex­cel­lency, there will be the com­mis­sion­ing of the Honda Fit and the swim­ming pool. All this has been made pos­si­ble by the cor­dial and mu­tual re­la­tion­ship that ex­ists be­tween the par­ents and the school ad­min­is­tra­tors.

“The road to suc­cess has never been easy, its sac­ri­fice and the love of ed­u­cat­ing the Girl Child that has seen the school able to forge ahead with a num­ber of projects,” said Mr Mh­langa.
