Govt should regulate prices

Chronicle (Zimbabwe) - - National News - Many promises have been made to bring back this grant facility, but up to now, the issue has not been resolved

EDITOR — Almost everyone believes that the festive season is about family joy and feasting. Zimbabweans had almost lost hope that they would enjoy their Christmas holidays due to the shortage of some basic commodities and high prices.

There is really a need for Government to intervene in ways that will make life easier for an ordinary Zimbabwean.

There are many ways of doing this and when push comes to shove, Government has power to regulate prices.

This will stop retailers and other traders from charging high prices.

Government, truly, has to do something for the benefit of ordinary people. Mabel Gutu.
