RESPONSE to “Mangwana new Information Secretary.” Excellent decision by the Government. Congratulations to Mr Ndavaningi Nick Mangwana. I am confident he will do wonders. Keep on doing the good work to advance patriotism, hard work, peace, unity and progress. This is good and I am excited that such a man of good morals is now in charge. — Mox_of_steel.

RESPONSE to “Economy to grow 6,3pc — minister.” Did you hear that Zimbabwe? A whopping 6.3 percent! That coupled with billions upon billions that were invested by the Chinese before the election put Zimbabwe on target. We will be a middle income country by 2030! At the UN our President told the world that our incomes rose by 60 percent. Aren’t you feeling gooey on the inside already? Soon we will return home instead of being undignified in foreign lands. — Moe Skyclack.

VERY good intentions. Implementation and discipline are key. Government certainly has to enhance revenue collection in order to reduce borrowing. Incentives have to be put in place to encourage tax compliance. It should be beneficial to be formal rather than be informal. — Gwin Zim.

RESPONSE to “Constitution translation complete”. Not bad at all. It’s good that the Government is working on what it has promised. If we work on this space I am sure that all sectors will soon revitalise. — Kenias Nyabawo.

I COULD not understand much on the Monetary Policy Statement but I vest my trust in the Government and hope the policy is for the best of the economy. The recent team selected by President Emmerson Mnangagwa seems to be putting things together faster than I imagined. — Tendai Mhike.
