Those prophets are back, again

The Sunday Mail (Zimbabwe) - - COMMENT - The Sceptic, Zimbabwe

EDITOR — Prophet Shepherd Bushiri (pictured) says he is targeting two million souls?

If he is doing it for the benefit of the Kingdom of God so that those souls might be saved and move on a righteous path, then that will be great.

The problem we have these days is that these so-called prophets are not interested in preaching the Gospel that sets people on the path to Heaven, but sermons that encourage people to fork out their money towards the church.

He might be eyeing a huge pay-out from the two million individuals.

Imagine if he manages to convince just a million people to follow him and each was to pay a single dollar per service that would mean he will be earning about $1 million every week. This on top of the congregants that already subscribe to his church.

I have always had doubts about many of these super-rich prophets. Maybe he is actually a true prophet of God, but if he is not and is just out to fleece people of their hard earned money, may the Lord God deal with him accordingly.
