Request for Expression of Interest – Office and Storage Rental Space In Lezha, Albania For Peace Corps Albania and Montenegro Pre-service Training

Peace Corps/albania and Montenegro is soliciting fixed-price quotations for office and storage rental space in Lezha, Albania. The office rental space will be needed on an annual basis for a 5 month period (approximately July 25th to December 24th). The storage space will be needed for the remaining 7 months of the year. Both the office rental space and the storage space will be used for the duration of the contract.

Peace Corps intends to award a lease contract to the selected Lessor for one Base year + 4 Option years. Lease contract renewal will be possible contingent on the availability of funds and continued need for the office space.
