A restaurant’s menu card is marked by the kind of local cuisine it dishes out, coupled with the trendsetters it takes into account. Nobody can imagine a restaurant without a menu card. But, is it the same with the wine list? Do restaurants pay the same heed to both the menu card and the wine list?
