THE CULTURE OF TAPAS SEEKS WORLD IMMATERIAL CULTURAL HERITAGE AWARD

It’s well known that the Spanish Royal Gastronomy Academy (RAG is the Spanish acronym) is going the extra mile to help tapas –better yet, the culture of tapas- be declared World Immaterial Cultural Heritage by UNESCO, joining the Mediterranean diet and Mexican cuisine, recipients of the same accolade since 2010.
