2018 MIS­TU­RA, A SPICY FAIR 11TH IN­TER­NA­TIO­NAL GASTRONOMIC FAIR OF LI­MA

Cos­ta Ver­de —Li­ma’s beach cir­cuit par ex­ce­llen­ce— will have a new ap­peal from Au­gust’s last week to Sep­tem­ber’s first one. That pri­vi­le­ged spot of Pe­ru­vian geo­graphy is going to host Mis­tu­ra fair, which an­nually gat­hers some 400 thousand at­ten­dees. That is when the land of pis­co be­co­mes a bench­mark for good taste and cu­li­nary in­no­va­tion.

Chi­li, a thousand-year-old Pe­ru­vian pro­duct, will be ta­king cen­ter stage in this edi­tion of the event. Chefs re­pre­sen­ting such in­ter­na­tio­nal spicy cui­si­nes as those of­fe­red in Me­xi­co, Thai­land and Chi­na, are set to cap­ti­va­te every­body with their crea­tions. Mo­reo­ver, the most outs­tan­ding Pe­ru­vian co­oks are going to show how to pre­pa­re dis­hes that in­clu­de this pro­duct.
