2018 MISTURA, A SPICY FAIR 11TH INTERNATIONAL GASTRONOMIC FAIR OF LIMA
Costa Verde —Lima’s beach circuit par excellence— will have a new appeal from August’s last week to September’s first one. That privileged spot of Peruvian geography is going to host Mistura fair, which annually gathers some 400 thousand attendees. That is when the land of pisco becomes a benchmark for good taste and culinary innovation.
Chili, a thousand-year-old Peruvian product, will be taking center stage in this edition of the event. Chefs representing such international spicy cuisines as those offered in Mexico, Thailand and China, are set to captivate everybody with their creations.
