A res­tau­rant with am­bi­tions must ta­ke ca­re of its set­ting, de­co­ra­tion, croc­kery, glass­wa­re and ta­ble li­nen at al­most the sa­me le­vel as the strictly cu­li­nary of­fer.

Ac­tually, the­re has to be great com­ple­men­ta­rity bet­ween the two as­pects, alt­hough the im­por­tant thing is that the most va­lua­ble pie­ce is what’s on the pla­te rat­her than what hangs from the walls.
