City Health Minister Quirós warns of mounting Covid-19 cases, Delta fears

Buenos Aires City City Health Minister Fernán Quirós confirmed fears of mounting numbers of Covid-19 cases last Monday by saying that the community circulation of the Delta strain was not a matter of if but when.
