BRIA CONDO OPENS CALAMBA OFFICE
PROPERTY developer BRIA Homes is set to scale up its operations with the opening of a new BRIA Condo sales office in Calamba, Laguna.
The inauguration of the new BRIA Condo Calamba sales office opened its doors on June 25, 2022.
The move follows the successful groundbreaking of the property last March 26 in Calamba even as the vertical project was still in pre-selling and construction phase. The company has seen a consistent uptick in sales of its units and is currently expanding across Southern Luzon.
This sales performance has also called for the bolstering of BRIA Homes’ sales team and manpower requirements.
“’BRIA Condos’ new sales office is the next logical step in our drive to afford Filipinos with modern, compact, but comfortable living spaces in walk-up condominiums that only BRIA Homes can provide,” BRIA Homes division head Eduardo Aguilar said. “With the opening of this sales office, prospective customers in Laguna can look forward to competent service and smoother transactions from us,” he added.
Aguilar added that the company is 100-percent ready to take on the challenges in Southern Luzon and meet the housing demands in the region in the postpandemic world.
