PSR MAY CHANGE ARSENAL VIEW ON ESR
ARSENAL may change their stance on selling Emile Smith Rowe to generate funds to sign players this month.
The 23-year-old has struggled for regular game time again this term which has led to speculation over his future at the Emirates.
Smith Rowe was the subject of a late enquiry from Chelsea in the summer but Arsenal rejected it.
Newcastle have also been linked although they may be restricted by profit and sustainability rules (PSR).
Arsenal are in a similar spot with regards to PSR, though, and Smith Rowe’s status as a homegrown player could help generate pure profit and fund incoming deals.
