Celtic have turned down approaches from Premier League clubs for Giorgios Giakoumaki­s.

The Greek striker has scored 14 goals in 24 appearance­s since joining in a £2.5 million, five-year deal from VVV Venlo last summer, with his performanc­es catching the eye of clubs in England.

Celtic sold Odsonne Edouard to Crystal Palace a year ago but are in no mood to entertain bids for Giakoumaki­s in this window, with Everton, Brighton, Fulham and Bournemout­h are all looking to reinforce their attacking options.
