Fulham in for Toon ace Joe

NEWCASTLE forward Joe Willock is a target for Fulham.

And while manager Eddie Howe is under no pressure to sell, Toon could cash in on the former Arsenal starlet.

After an explosive start to his career at St James’ Park, Willock has endured two injuryravaged seasons and struggled to hold down a place.

Initially arriving on loan when Steve Bruce was in charge, he scored in seven successive games, but the goals have dried up with just one in the league in the past two seasons.

Newcastle boss Howe, however, remains a big fan, believing a fully-fit Willock (above) can be a huge asset.

If Willock goes, Sean Longstaff, who Howe has hinted could be sold this summer, would stay despite strong interest from Everton and Leeds.

Fulham, who would love to lure Willock back to London, have announced Willian and Carlos Vinicius will leave the club when their contracts expire this month.
